Hoyo de Monterrey Rothschild Review

This is a short review, for a short cigar.

I have had one of these for the past three days. I am very impressed with it. It has the wonderful aroma I have found all HdM to have, a slight spice, and great taste. I found a bit of woodiness on the finish, which I do not care for, but overall I highly recommend this cigar.

Added bonus, at 4.5 X 50 it is a great short smoke for colder weather.

I love Hoyo de Monterrey. I like the more pronounced flavor of the Excalibur and Excalibur 1066 lines, but the original still has that sweet, slightly spicy taste that I love.

Been looking for a nice short smoke to enjoy but not crazy about some of them. I like robustos so it's not like I love the monster sticks (uncomfortable feeling goes here) that others like. Might have to try one. Thank you!!

I used to smoke this cigar a lot a few years back and loved it and it was a great cigar for those times you can't smoke a bigger one. I need to go back and get a box. Thx for the reminder of how good they are.
