Taboo Habano Sun Grown Review

I purchased the 18 pack sampler from taboo, and the HSG was the first I decided to try thanks to ir13's recommendations.

I really enjoyed this cigar. It had a very smooth flavor that left a very good after taste. It got a bit stronger in the 3/3, but it wasn't too much at all. It burned flawlessly, and the wrapper was BEAUTIFUL and immaculate. Very shiny! This stick also lit very easily. Probably the easiest light I have had yet. I usually need to have a good bit of a beverage while I smoke, but with this I barely drank at all. I highly recommend this cigar, as I will be purchasing more in the near future. I cannot wait to try some of the other sticks in the sampler! Here are some pics just to show off this badass stick! This also gave me the opportunity to test out my new cigar punch. I haven't used one before so I thought this would be an ideal time to try. It cut very nicely into the cap and didn't shred the wrapper or cause any peeling or anything.

Chris it is not a Habanos cigar. That is just the name of it. Probably has a cuban seed wrapper. Nice review.

thanks! Guys, please forgive my spelling errors. I have a terrible head cold right now. My sinuses are just killing me. I left work early today and for some reason I'm not able to hit the correct keys and I'm overlooking my errors.

Thanks for the review. Don't worry about any spelling errors. We all make mistakes and besides half of us can't spell anyway.

lol, I use the spell checker in firefox, but sometimes it doesn't catch all my other stupid mistakes, like putting a totally different word where it doesn't belong. lol

Don't worry about spelling. I screw up all the time. Very nice review and pics! I appreciate the time you took to do the review.
I have heard this cigar is great with coffee. I don't drink coffee anymore, but I can see why someone would say that.

I love coffee, but I usually don't drink it when I'm at home, but I may have to make an exception with my next HSG. Rob, you can definitely expect a return customer right here. I cannot wait to try some of the others out of the sampler. I'm going to try the Connecticut tomorrow and post up a review on it.

I have both I believe. One is labeled LR Connecticut and the other is labeled just Connecticut. I'll be smoking the one labeled just Connecticut. I'm saving those 3 LR's for last.
