Last night I sat outside in anticipation of a Nor'easter and cut a trench into an HUVC corona. The wrapper was dark and oily, veiny and soft. It lit easily and we were off. The ash was barely toothy and revealed the remnants of the veins. The draw was slightly firm but delivered a fair amount of smokey flavor. It was not as full or flavorful as I rememder the belicoso I smoked about a year ago but was pleasant. Most of flavor seemed to be in the last third. For the size and the price I think a Maria Guerrero offers more flavor, but I'll have to revisit the HUVC belicoso in the future. All in all an enjoybale smoke.

**I also wonder if the cold, having numbed my exposed nose and olfactory senses, may have masked some of the flavor....just a thought.

A couple nights ago I tried a stubby little LFD perfecto-looking thing. I'll post as soon as I figure out exactly what it was.--I can tell you it was scrumptious.

Bought a fiver of these from the devil and smoked the first one about a month ago ... wasn't impressed. Will see if the other four get any better with some age.
