Monday night I smoked the S&W...

This was a carmel colored corona. Very nice looking. Light oily sheen. Firm. The clip was very easy. Nice and clean. Leather and earthy scent.

This cigar lit evenly and had a very solid white ash. Even burn and no relight was required. The draw was a little tight. A lot of the time I had to take 2 draws to get a nice mouthful of smoke.

This "gun" was very tasty. A sweet nutty taste. A nice fresh taste. Mild bodied with a lot of flavor. Very smooth. Short finish. It didnt change much but that was fine because the great taste stayed throughout the whole thing. In the final 1/3 the burn became a little uneven. I really enjoyed this cigar.

Overall appearance and pre-light impressions - B+
Lighting and burning properties - C
Smoking and overall impression - B+
Overall Grade - B

This was a very good cigar and I would definetly smoke this again.

Tuesday I enjoyed the Colt .357

This was a vey nice looking dark brown cigar. It had some tooth. A nice light oily sheen. It was very firm. Clipped very easily. A nice nutty scent.

It took a little work to get it started. The initial draw was a little tight. Nice even burn after that. Solid white ash. It needed a relight about halfway through.

This cigar had a very nice nutty and woodsy taste. A sweet aftertaste. Very smooth. This was a medium to medium full bodied cigar. Lots of great tasting smoke. Once it started it had a very good draw.. Kept getting better as the I smoked it. A nice full flavor. A very good cigar.

Overall appearance and pre-light impressions - B
Lighting and burning properties - B-
Smoking and overall impression - A-
Overall Grade - B+

This was a very good cigar and I will definetly smoke this again.

Again I want to thank CM for some fantastic cigars. He can really pick them. He takes wonderful care of his cigars. I have once again had a great time taste testing his cigars. You rock Michael!!

On a side note - All you guys should "volunteer" to be a part of this. It is a lot of fun and I am sure you would enjoy it. I have a Cigar Rating sheet if anyone wants a copy. PM your e-mail address and I will be glad to send it to you. It makes doing something like this easy. All you have to do is take some notes and enjoy the cigar. Dont be on the sidelines when you can be part of the fun.

Again, great reviews guy's. CM. If you want to spill the beans it's ok. I am just glad to be in the taste test. I know one thing thought. No more test for Germany. It takes too damm long. Maybe I should give my German address. May be quicker. That's another story though. Again, thanks. By the way. Now I am taking hostages as they walk in the mail room door. Glad there is a Pizza Hut around the corner.

Redmond, it's too bad it's taking so long for them to get to you. Military mail can be a pain sometimes.
