Rocky Patel American Market Selection Review
This was a Robusto size.
As I unwrapped it, it had a nice woody smell to it. The foot had a fleck or two of dark tobacco too it. The wrapper was clean with a few veins. I used a Xicar to cut the head. (just cap Stan, no tobacco.) The unlit draw was very clear. I toasted the foot, and was rewarded by a nice toasted cedar aroma, and a wash of cedar and spices on the pallet. To me it seemed a mild to medium smoke, that easily exhaled through the nose with the mildest burning sensation. The draw was clear with tons of smoke, and a spicey, creamy, nutty flavor. (Yes Michael, I said creamy) The ash was a lined mix of gray and white. It burned straight and true through the entire smoke. Left to itself in the ashtray, it remained lit for a good 5 minutes with no relight. About mid-point it 's ash turned to a solid light gray and remained that way all the way through. I did not purge once and there was no bitter or foul flavors at all. This is an excellent smoke that I would recommend to anyone who likes a nice easy mild to medium smoke. Iceman comes immediatly to mind. This is a smoke that I will add to my rotation as a good lazy hot day smoke. Sorry for no pictures, but I didn't have my camera with me at the time. I had water with it, but a good single malt would add the finishing touch to this one. A good heffevison (sp) could also fill the bill if it was ICE cold..... This is a keeper guys.  |

This sounds like an Awesome cigar. As I have said here only a few thousand times... I love mild to medium cigars and I love RPs.
Who is selling them??
