Victor Sinclair ~ Triple Corojo Review

Smoked a couple of these this week..... the first aroma.... reminded me of the CAO Vision...... NO LIE.......

Construction is not perfect, but interesting. A little toothy..... veins.... and a couple small flaws, but I found each smoke to look VERY rich and they just look DELISH!!!!!

When you open the box..... the presentation is top notch, IMHO. The bands are very sharp! Amazed we can score these for about a buck 50 a stick. I had to dig in.....

I tend to store half with cello (for bombs).... and half without... for mawaa... They had only set for a week and the one out-of-the-cello for a week burned very nice. The one straight out of the cell tunneled - which tells me the wrapper or binder needed a little air. Suggest cello off for age'n. But I'm a cello off kinda guy,,,,,,

The ash was very flakey! You won't win a long ash contest with this smoke..... but the draw was nice and I didn't have to work to get a nice thick mouth of smoke....

The flavor was enjoyable. It was not very confusing...... and didn't change .... so don't expect a complicated flavor, but a more simple, smokey..... corojo.

C+ ...... but with some age out-of-cello..... I'm hoping for a B+

BTW.... I am a corojo hore.... whore..... horror.......

I'd like to add.... that the only other Victor Sinclair that I smoke is the "Victor Sinclair Vintage"...... that I think gives ONYX a freaking run for it's money,,,,,, You're missing out if you haven't at least tried one.... Very Creamy........

Make Great Things Happen!!!!!

Yep, yep, those are good sticks. I got a box for around $30 at CBid, I've only had two of them, and I agree that they need a lot of air or else you'll get a bad burn.

One of the ones I smoked was fan-friggin-tastic, the other one was good but it lacked something. I've had mine sitting in my humi for about 3-4 months (pain in the butt to smoke in the winter, LOL), so I hope they are all mellowed out by now. Actually, I almost had one today, LOL.

Nice photo by the way, you do great work Michael!

Check CI. They sell for a few bucks more but you get some freebies as well.

Great smokes for the money.

I agree, the presentation of those cigars looks pretty freak'n amazing!

Single dimensional cigars do tend to bore me at times, but if it's a great flavor then I can enjoy 'em.

Nice review!

Not bad but I really don't like how VS wraps their cigars up like a Christmas gift. One band is enough in my opinion, and they can surely keep the band off the head. I just wanna smoke the damn thing!

I bought a bunch of VS Vintage Selects from CI and have been pleased with them.

No, I'm not Jewish but for every pieve of material I have to peel off, the more chances of me damaging it. Damaged cigar=mad sam.

Big c-bid week.......... along with the Criollo Mancha got a steal on a box of VS Triple Corojo. Not quite in Michaels league as a Coro-whore, but I'm working into Coro-strumpet class. also scored on Vibe Corojo, heheheheheh

I kind of like a cigar with all kinds of flashy stuff on it.... To me its almost as exciting is taking a hot girls clothes off.. You know to get to the good stuff. Just my opinion though.
