Alec Bradley Tempus Terra Novo Review

Company: Alec Bradley
Line: Tempus
Vitola: Robusto 5 X 50
Origin: Honduras (Raices Cubanas)
Wrapper: Honduras
Binder: Indonesia
Filler: Nicaragua, Honduras
Flavor: Full
Strength: Full
Price: $6.25 to $8.50 Each

All I can say is wow! What a complex, intriguing cigar. I am not a big fan of AB's but this is without a doubt a winner. CA rates this a 94 and I give it a solid A.

They say it is not filled and I would probably agree with that statement but the fill was probably around 90% if you wanted to get that particular.

I straight cut this and the burn was very good. A heady cigar, toothy, beautiful construction, a great looking brown wrapper that had a reddish hue and down right tasty. This cigar has a clear Corojo flavour that I think CM should really enjoy. The cigar is definitely full bodied, starting off with hints of coffee, earth and pepper. The cigars mellows a bit at the half way point and then finishes with a lot of spice, a great finish I might say. The cigar never got harsh, burns slowly considering the 90% fill and never got hot. I nubbed both I have smoked and wanted more. I was told by the Rep that the Terra Novo and the Genesis (corona) 5.5 x 42 really brings out the flavour of this cigar. I agree and the Novo came through with flying colors.

Considering the price, I consider this a definite good value and am very pleased in purchasing this cigar. Without a doubt one of AB's best.

Good job guys!

I must say that i cant keep tempus on the shelves. We just brought in a ton of tempus and im already running low.

We also have the Tempus Magistri being shipped to retailers today. As some of you may know the Magistri boxes will be signed and numbered 1 - 1000. It's a 54x6 1/2 double torpedo.

Five pack Samplers of tempus will be coming out some time next month...ill let you guys know when everything is final.
