famous 3000 grande robusto Review
I was gifted one of these by Par in the newbie sampler trade and enjoyed it tremendously. this isnt so much a by the book review as it is me expounding on the wonders of a cigar that is delivered to my house for $40 a bundle of 20.thats right roughly $2 a stick.
I have smoked roughly 1/2 a bundle of these now and another is one the way. the construction of these is a little veiny but not bad. you can tell they bundle them as soon as they roll them as they have an almost box press look from being wrapped tightly. I have yet to have one that has anything resembling a bad roll job.they light easy and this monster ring gauge soots me well. it is a cigar I would call rich. it burns well not one out of the 10 or so of these Ive had have needed a correction to speak of unless I get busy with something and forget to keep it lit. the ash on it is a nice light grey doesnt strike me as a very tight ash meaning it prolly wont hang on there for 3'" or more like some of the pictures Ive seen. usually takes about an hour and a half to smoke one of these somtimes as long as 2hrs. anyway if you are looking for a good stick that is relativly inexpensive and is a true "premium" get some of these. most of the cheaper sticks Ive had while good I wouldnt consider a "premium" out of everything Ive had so far these and the el mejor espresso are the 2 I would put in that catagory. *EDIT* in all the excitement I didnt mention the lgth/rg its 6"x60 truly I look forward to lighting this up @10:00 eveyrmorning after breakfast
