Adrian's Costa Rican Cigar Review

Michael from Adrian's Costa Rican Cigar joined us at our Houston herf Saturday and was kind enough to share his cigar with several of us. Here's a quick review of the cigar I smoked that night:

Adrian’s Costa Rican Cigar
Size: Toro
Wrapper: Ecuador Habana 2000
Binder: Costa Rica
Filler: Costa Rica
MSRP: $11

Pre light: Excellent construction, rich tobacco aroma, sweet taste on tip

This cigar is very smooth and I would guess it is well aged. All the flavors blend together very well. The first half was creamy with lots of tobacco taste and a little bit of wood . I used a punch on this cigar, and the draw was very good. The burn was very nice- I touched it up a few times just to keep the burn line even, but it was really not needed. During the first half of the cigar I would say it was mild to medium. During the second half of the smoke, the strength increased and I noticed some spice. Definitely moved into a medium strength smoke.

Overall: I would say this is a fantastic cigar with excellent construction and an extremely smooth smoke. I would like to see this in a lancero to get more of the wrapper’s taste. But the size I smoked was very smooth and very enjoyable. I would recommend trying this cigar to see if it fits your taste profile.

I believe these are available online from Heather at Fumeeworld.com

Adrian Costa Rican Cigars

I had just order the Adrian Costa Rican Cigars from (Heather at www.fumeeworld .com) after talking to Michael they were very helpful and fast shipper this is a great cigar!!

Adrian Costa Rican Cigars
Sizes: Toro, Robusto
Wrapper: Ecuador Habana 2000
Binder: Costa Rica
Filler: Costa Rica

Well, obviously, the size of this cigar makes it immediately attractive. This is A CIGAR!

Starts out very mild with nice, subtle flavors. Of course, the Aroma of the smoke is great in taste as it travel, so it’s being “filtered.”

As it burns (and burns, and burns), it develops a sweet, creamy taste, maintaining its smoothness and developing into a nice, full-flavored smoke.

For the price ($11 per stick) and the smoke and just the damn pride in smoking A MANLY CIGAR, this is one terrific Stick!

Adrian Costa Rican Cigars Are a up and coming favorite of mine!
Thank you !

It was great to visit with the Houston gang at The Cigar Parlor and to meet Michael with Costa Rican Imports. I smoked the one I got from Michael last night and my impressions were very similar to Troy and Robert. It was definitely well constructed with a pleasant aroma. It had a sweet nutty flavor. What suprised me is that it started out mild but finished medium/full. The change in flavor as the cigar burned was very interesting and kept my attention. The burn was almost a razer edge and I don't recall having to touch it up. This is a quality cigar that I recommend trying to see if it fits your flavor profile.

These cigars rule! Buy a box now!

These are very good cigars, although VERY rare as they seem to be very limited production. I've tried both blends and ordered a box of each. Met Michael at the Houston event as well as at another southwest venue...He is a fine gent and the cigars are spicy and good! ibble:
