I acquired this cigar in a trade that Pepin makes for Holt's Cigar Company named Old Henry.
"Old Henry was an old pal of ours. He was a beautiful pooch with champion features and a great personality. He passed on a couple years ago - this cigar is dedicated to his memory. Long Live Old Henry!" Their (Holt's) description of this cigar is dead on the money.... "Old Henry is simply an outstanding Holt's house brand made by industry phenom Pepin Garcia. A very fine assortment of Nicaraguan fillers and binders make up the meat of this marvel and provide a very smooth, but spicy, earthy core laced with nuances of chary wood and fresh peppers. A luxurious Nicaraguan Corojo leaf is then used to wrap up this gem, adding its own additional layer of spice and a sweet, leathery finish. Needless to say, Pepin outdid himself in creating this masterpiece." Country of Origin: Nicaragua Strength: Full Wrapper: Nicaraguan Binder: Nicaraguan Filler: Nicaraguan Size: 6.25 X 56 (Champion) Draw: Perfect Burn: Perfect Construction: Flawless I'll be getting a box of these!

Re: A Man's Best Friend
I've had several of these and if you like that spicy Pepin style, you won't want to pass these up.
Moving it to the right spot for ya. |

Re: A Man's Best Friend
It sure looks like a nice stick from the pic. Pepin Blue is always a favorite. I've never had one of these though.
