Sancho Panza DM Review

Had a very pleasant experience with my first Sancho Panza double maduro this weekend.

The flavors, while they wouldn't knock your socks off, were enjoyable and consistent all the way through. Kind of like a good cup of french roast coffee with the slightest hint of chocolate at times.

In fact, I enjoyed this around the fire pit with my neighbors and had smoked it down to the nub before I realized it. And I rarely enjoy the last third of most cigars in this price range.

What was most impressive was the burn, which was perfect throughout. No fixing or relights required.

All in all, a great smoke.

I've had a few of these and they are very nice for the price. Glad you enjoyed it.

Re: Sancho Panza DM Review

Had one this last weekend, enjoyed it. Mine got a little hot about the last 1/3 though. Probably my fault for ashing it too much. I'm still new to this so I get paranoid it's going to fall, really good draw with about 1/2 inch ash though. I started with a bad burn because I didn't light it right but it evened out in 2-3 puffs. I guess you could call it a "Foolproof Cigar".

Sancho Panza is one of the best bangs for the buck. Good sticks for the money.

Thanks for the review. I have a box of these that I have not touched yet plus a box of Extra Fuertes on the way. This review is good news.

Re: Sancho Panza DM Review

This is a good smoke and the price is always very low. One thing I did notice about this cigar is that it put out a lot of smoke while I was holding it...more than any other cigar I have had before. It didn't take way from the flavor or anything, just was not used to it. Thanks for the review.

I just smoked one of these great stix at lunch in the park. Tasty chocolate with a hint of cedar. Just lovely. Great value and flavor.

I don't smoke this cigar a lot, but it is one of the best affordable cigars on the market. I enjoy the chocolate flavor and smooth delivery. I enjoy the Oliva Serie G Maduro for another affordable maduro.
