Diamond Crown Maximus
First I am going to tell you I really like this cigar, for the type that it is.



pyramid No. 3
Size - 6-5/8" x 50 ring
Construction - Near Perfect
Draw - Perfect
Burn- Perfect
Smoke quality - thick and creamy





This tasty blend, is smooth and slightly spicy. Full in flavor but a mild
cigar. The Maximus has hints of nuts, earth, and a very small hint cocoa
and coffee sweetness



I have said it before and I will say it again
The Maximus is a great beginner smoke or early morning smoke





Diamond Crown Maximus for most people I know say
that its not enough bang for the buck.



To me this cigar, at times calls my name. I will almost always
have a Diamond Crown Maximus or 5 in my humidor

Never had a Diamond Crown cigar. But they look pretty tasty. Nice review and pics!

I tell everyone I know they are the go to smoke. They are always smooth and well constructed.

Good pics! I happen to have one of them in my humi thanks to somebody! Dont know when Ill smoke it though....all those high dollar cigars make me look important sitting in the humi. On to a more serious note....you should be turned in to the Humane Society!! your taking pics of a cigar when you should be playing with your dog! He even brought you his sqeeky toy. My dogs know how he feels! I neglect them all the time.

I had one this weekend and would have to say it was not enough bank for the buck. Dont get me wrong, it was a good cigar but I have had some 3-5 dollar cigars that taste just as good. As always , its just my opinion and people should smoke what they can afford and like.

I agree with the bang for the buck. Its a great smoke, and I've really enjoyed the ones that have been gifted to me - but I would not buy one for myself. I'd say that it is a cigar that everyone should try though.

Now, now guys. I like to judge all cigars that I review as if I did not pay a thing for them. We all know you can find deals an ALL cigars if you look hard.

Then I gauge that cigar to other cigars that I have smoked that I find them similar to.

A good friend once told me a "Seasoned cigar vets still, very much enjoys a mild cigar".

I smoked a david crown maximus on new years day (1 a.m.) , and it was great. The cigar , in my opinion, had all the aspects I look for. Lots of smoke, flavor, good burn, etc.....
great cigar to celebrate the new year and start things off.
the only issue i had was when it was over
