Camacho Coyolar Review

Camacho Coyolar

Shape: Toro
Size: 6.5 X 52 (Super Toro)
Draw: Perfect
Burn: First 2/3 sucked - last 1/3 was good
Construction: Good - One large vein

This cigar is full-bodied and full-flavored from start to finish - Right in your face!

Very spicy with black coffee and dark chocolate flavors, and strong!

Warning! DO NOT SMOKE THIS CIGAR ON AN EMPTY STOMACH!

I don't usually advocate any particular retailers.... but it seems innocuous in this case... if you wanna try these coronacigar.com sells fivers of it for 15.00, along with a couple other camachos at the same price point.

I should be getting an order in today or tomorrow from them, I got a couple 5ers of this one coming. I'll let you know how they are.

Re: Camacho Coyolar Review

It's not a corojo, and isn't too similar in my experience. They call it "coyolar" binder, filler, and wrapper, which is the name of the farm all the tobacco comes from in Honduras. It is peppery like a corojo, but has darker, richer flavors to it IMHO (but not really like a maduro). I can't really think of a cigar to compare it to, that I've had at least.

I thought it was a corojo without a sun screen or I am confused again

Re: Camacho Coyolar Review

Could be for all I know, I was just going by what camacho calls it, and what it tastes like. I'm assuming the "coyolar" tobacco type is all sales gimmick, and not really a "strain" per se. I will do some searching.

EDIT - You're right it's corojo *inserts foot in mouth*

Thanks!

A fellow BOTL from another board custom made this one and a round one for me. I love them. I haven't used the round one YET.
