Oliva Serie V Special V Figurado Review

The Oliva Serie V Special V Figurado could be explained in just one word. WOW!

The Serie V was figurado shaped, was a massive 6" x 60, and packed full of flavor! The draw was a little tight at first, but opened up after the first inch or so. It didn't burn so well, but that doesn't bother me too much.

One thing I noticed was little hints of cocoa, and massive amounts of just pure earthyness. That is just the easiest way to describe it. The Serie V had a bit of smooth spicyness that I have seem to be really enjoying lately. I really suggest trying one as soon as you can, you will not be disappointed.

Truely Amazing!

Thanks Bill, I'm feeling a bit better. Been away from the smokes too long. I felt a little light headed after I was done smoking that monster. But it sure as hell was worth it, and definately hit the spot. I'm glad I decided to go with that instead of the 5 Vegas Relic I was gonna smoke.

Thanks for the review. This is currently my favorite smoke but I've been finding some similar pleasures in the Cusano line for a lot less money. I bought a big assortment from CI and I've been really enjoying every damned one of 'em.

One of my favorites, but I need to cut that damn nipple off before lighting. Thanks for the review.

Re: Oliva Serie V Special V Figurado Review

Nice review Ben and I have to agree a damn fine cigar.

I have bought a couple of these at the local B&M and took them down to the water frount for a long lunch break. I skipped lunch to smoke them, and that was a mistake as they both kicked my ass.

Good job!

Yea I agree with you on that. I usually like them, but not on my cigars. Found that out the hard way. Once it got past the nipple, it was excellent!

One stick I consistently hear great things about. I'll have to give it a go sometime. Thanks for the photo review!

I smoked a few and agree with the review. Nicely earthly flavor and the stick does pack a punch.

I tried one of these last night. Agree with all your observations except you mention that the burn wasn't so good. Mine burned flawlessly.

Re: Oliva Serie V Special V Figurado Review

Great review.

Agree with all your points. Love that sweet earthy taste they give off. The two that I have had also had some burn issues (one more than the other). I wonder if a little rest won't cure them of that.

I have a box of these resting away.
