Padron 1926 Serie No.1 Maduro Review

Decided to have something a little different last night for Memorial Day.

Padron 1926 Serie No.1 Maduro

I know most of the veteran smokers have had this cigar, so this review is more directed towards the noobies.

I prefer the natural 1926 over the maduro, but I figured I'd go ahead and put this one out of its misery.

Shape: Box-Pressed Double Corona
Size: 6 3/4 X 54
Draw: Perfect
Burn: Razor Sharp
Construction: Superb

There really isn't a lot to say about this cigar.

The first 2/3 were very consistent. Loads of smoke with chocolate flavors. The last 2/3 was the best! Still some chocolate notes, but finally some pepper in the mix.

This cigar is like smoking a long chocolate bar!

They are a little expensive, but if you ever want a great cigar for a celebration, or just to treat yourself to one of the best - GO FOR IT!

Cool. How would you compare this with the 40th and 80th?

Re: Padron 1926 Serie No.1 Maduro Review

David, how would you compare the flavor profile of the Natural? Any large differences between the two?

Once again, thx for the review
