Arganese Uno with 1 Year Age - Live Review

Tonight's Lineup is an Arganese Uno. It is a Dominican Puro that I picked up while at the Arganese Factory 1 year ago.

Appearance:

This cigar is a nice golden brown color. It has a few distinct veins but overall appearance is an 23/25.

Draw:

The draw is quite well for a big 6x60. It does not appear to be over packed or anything. I used a V-cut to create a cross on the cap.

More details to come as I smoke this.

First Third:

The first third of the cigar seems to have flavors of butter cream with a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon. This is a light start and appears to be progressing in flavor. The only thing I am not liking at this point is the burn. Its a little off and not holding an ash like other 6x60's that I have smoked. In all I am so far enjoying it. 20/25.

Second Third:

This cigar is developing nicely. I am real surprised for a puro for it to have the complexity that it has for a light to medium flavor profile. Right now it is developing a strong roasted almond flavor and mixing well with the butter cream flavors. 24/25

Last third:

This cigar simply finished amazing. It was begging to be smoked and I wish I had more. It ended up as a 2 hour smoke and finished with leather notes. This was yummy. 25/25

In all this finished with a 92/100.
