I liked the 48. Not as much as i liked the 32 but it was still a great cigar. The 68 was just ok IMO.

I had a 1948 robusto over the weekend from the Padilla sampler that I think a lot of people in this thread are referring to. I thought it was a solid 'gar and didn't pick up any chemical notes like others have mentioned. The only thing I noticed is that it was a little bit bland when compared to the '68 which I thought was a solid corojo cigar. I still haven't tried the 1932 yet... Maybe this weekend!

Thanks for the review - I too prefer the '32 & '68. This (the 194 is the "woodiest" tasting cigar I have smoked in quite a while, maybe ever!

I purchased the CI sampler as well and had a very similar experiencew/ the "chemical taste". I am gong to let them sit a few months and revisit.
