Since about everyone knows this smoke at least as well or better than I, I wont belabor the details. Suffice to say it was a little 2hr slice of heaven. Just creamy, nutty, earthy goodness from prelight to nub. I don't smoke these often, but decided to treat meself last evening. Glad I did.



The lady friend was smoking a lovely little Montie with me. The aromas on the porch were simply amazing!

This is the longest ash I've ever maintained on an Opus Robusto. Those in the know should find this rather impressive. It did plop off right after this pic though.

I've only had the pleasure of smoking three vitolae of Opus X; Reserva de Chateau, Super Belicoso and these. All are superb and maybe its just sentimental, but the robusto remains my favorite.

Nice review. I like the robusto a lot. The Opus has such a gorgeous wrapper, to me it rivals the ESG.
