Fuente Hemingway BTL

Cigar: Fuente Hemingway Between The Lines
Year: 2005
Cutter: Xikar
Lighter: Ronson Jet-Lite
Beverage: Coke Zero

Pre-cut: Beautiful "Barber Pole" wrapper in a perfecto shape. The presentation is stunning. Pre - light draw has a light hint of spice.

1st Half: This cigar starts out a little bit of spice but is still fairly mild. There is faint taste of nuts, wood and some sort of grain (maybe wheat).

2nd Half: Still getting the spice. The burn is razor sharp and the draw offers just enough resistance that you get a big plume of smoke with every puff. Has never been harsh the entire time. Has a little earthy, leathery hints on the nose exhale.

Overall this is a very good cigar. It has the classic Hemingway taste of light spice, wood, and leather. The wrappers seem to add a little extra to the spice and it is a pure pleasure to look at while smoking.

Thanks for the review. Never had the BTL before. Such a pretty looking stick. The burn is amazing for having dual wrappers.

That all depends Scott. I got mine for $11.00 so I would say that at that price it is. Anything much over that and no.

Wow, $11.00 great score for that stick. I haven't seen them below $20. Good for you and thanks again, I love the pics.

That is one of the biggest problems I have period. I have 2 of these in my humi they have been there for at least 2 years, I like to look at them so much I just can't bring myself to burn it to ash. After this review I may just have to find an occasion to smoke one.

Thanks for all of your great reviews and pics
