OK, here goes my first review. I'm not much on picking out all of the flavors of the wife's spice rack, but I know when a cigar gets my attention, and this stick definitely meets that criteria.

This is the new offering from Xikar that is replacing the Defiance that has been discontinued. The line is also offered in a Connecticut Shade and Criollo wrappers.

Anyway the Belicoso is 6 x 54 and is tapered to a very sharp point. The wrapper has very nice oils and light veins with very few bumps. Nice Chocolate brown in color.

I picked up a lot of nice spice with consistent leather on the finish. For me the stick had some other complex taste that I really can't describe -but I know I like!

The burn and draw on this cigar was amazing - just perfect from start to finish. I love a cigar that I can smoke without a bunch of touch ups or when it is a Beli or Torp I don't have to reclip to keep it drawing good. I'm happy to report that after smoking 7 sticks out of a full box they have been like this.

For me this stick is a winner! I have purchased 2 more boxes of the Belicoso with the Colorado wrapper. For me, they are that good.

I just smoked one tonight. I enjoyed it. I want to try a few more and then possibly get a box. The rep came into the store and I tried it. It was delicious. I enjoyed the spiciness and the construction.

I noticed that they (Hilandcigars.com) have raised their prices considerably on these since I purchased mine. You may want to call them and check if they can give you a better price than posted.
