Padilla 1968 Robusto Review
Padilla
1968 Robusto 5 x 50 Nicaragua; Corojo Wrapper Great construction, perfect draw, and excellent burn. Leathery, cedar laced smoke with moderate creaminess, and a little spice on the nose. Has a strong nicotine influenced tanginess, also felt in the throat a bit. After about 1/2, the cigar developed some over-cooked charred notes. Still, this is an enjoyable med-full cigar that I will probably try again. I imagine this will smooth out a little bit with more age too.
