Pre-cut: The cigar has a slightly rough, rustic looking wrapper that is a medium brown color. Pre-light has hints of pepper and earth.





1st third: BAM! Smacked right in the face from the first puff. Spice and strength are the main players here with hints of earth and leather in the background. The smoke is thick and heavy. The nose exhale is white pepper and leather. The finish is long and creamy with the spice still tingling the tongue.





2nd third: The spice has settled down a little but is still the dominant flavor. There are hints of nuts, earth and a small floral note as well. The burn is good and the cigar delivers loads of smooth, creamy smoke. The nose exhale is more leathery now than it is spicy and the finish seems to linger forever.





Final third: Cigar has rounded out nicely. The spice, leather and earth have blended well with just the slightest floral hint. The finish is still long and flavorful and the nose exhale has rounded out nicely and offers a mix of spice, leather and sweetness.







Overall this cigar is an excellent example of how power and taste can be combined without sacrificing one or the other. The flavors of the cigar compliment each other nicely and the construction is top notch. This is probably not a cigar for smokers who prefer mild/med flavor and strength profiles as it is definitly in the middle of full.

I don't remember what I thought of the Tatuaje's I had, I'm sure I liked 'em. But overall a great review, and makes me want to try one!

Ben, I love my Ronson. It is hands down the best lighter I have ever used period! It is also the hit of many HERFs.

I made that nub tool myself with some clay that you bake in the oven and 2 pieces of wire sharpened to a point on the ends. I then painted it to look like a cigar (somewhat LOL) with a band and all.

John, I don't know about educated but I try to describe the flavors I get as best I can.
