Interesting thing is that it is in a Belicoso and it's a medium brown wrapper. I can't find this cigar on the JR website. I think it was a limited edition cigar and doesen't look like their current Montecristo 'C' Alt. Anyway.....

Construction was good, it's a real inviting looking cigar.

Tasted very toasty and spicy all the way through. Medium - Full in the flavor, and no nicotine buzz. I really liked this one. I have another one and will post a pic so that maybe it can be better identified.

It's definitely a winner and worth a lot more than the $2.60 each or 20 for $35 price tag.

The Edicion Limitadas are quite good. Well worth the money. And they age well, too.

Looking through the jr alternative catalogue, and the only thing I see for the monte edicion c in a 5.62 x 46 maduro bundloe of 20 28.95
Unless I am missing it, in the catalog the only thing that is close to a belicoso is an alternative to a no. 2 torpoedo 6.00 x 52 bundle of 20 32.95

Hope this helps. Much regards Jerry

yeah, it looks just like the no.2

But I swear it came out of a bundle that said 'C' I'm going to go back to the B&M and make sure.

Re: Jr alternative montecristo 'c'

JR alts are hit or miss. I've enjoyed the Cuban alts and they are pretty full-bodied. I'll have to check this one out. Thanks for the review.
