Punch Rare Corojo Review
So I started my summer job this past week. I have to get up at 5:30am and then drive 35 min to get to work. I decided tonight that I needed a cigar to relax because being the college student that I am, I wasn't used to getting up that early. I opened up the cooler and decided upon the Punch. It was the first one I have ever had and was very impressed.
Looks: Right out of the cello the cigar looked very good. Very nice silky dark brown wrapper. Construction: Nicely constructed with no veins or rough spots. Burn: No burn problems what so ever. Cigar lasted me 35 minutes and held an even burn from the beginning. The ash was white and the smoke was a thick grey. Taste: First few puffs started out a little spicey but then mellowed to a mild cream, then the last third went back to a spicey. Overall: I liked this cigar a lot and ended up nubbing it. Overall I would give it a solid 8 and wouldnt hesitate to buy again. |

I had one of the Magnums last night and I'd have to agree with Stogie there. Was so good I had to toothpick it to get the very last puff! Tasty!

I like these quite a bit, also. I prefer the smaller sizes, though. Had an El Doble once, did not taste as good and made my jaw sore. The Pita and Rothschild are very good.

I too enjoy the magnum and Pita. Nice medium body and fair amount of spice and relatively inexpensive.
