Casa Gomez

Loren from Casa Gomez was kind enough to send me a sampler to try, lit one up last night. I believe it was the Junior which taken from his site is described as:

"Casa Gomez Juniors 5.75 x 52 box of 25 This cigar is blended using Dominican Filler, a Honduran Binder and an Ecuadorian Wrapper. Definitely a medium bodied smoke. The cigar comes across with a dominant oak wood flavor to it, reminding me a bit of merlot. A touch of sweetness or grassy flavor picked up as the cigar warmed up."

Really is pretty spot on with the description cut easy with no damage, great draw, burned perfect and slow, very slow. I was impressed with the overall construction.

Little sweetness at first light then to a woody/earthy but pleasant taste. Pretty mild, not really any surprises. It worked well for me, depending on prices it is something i would consider purchasing for good go to consistent even smoke. Only problem i had was i got called away and couldn't finish it, but i got about 3/4 through it and it held flavor.

This is something you should try if you haven't already. Hit or Loren here on Puff.

Thank you once again Loren.

Re: Casa Gomez

thanks for the review patrick, as for the PM, the first wave of samples got what i had of the benjamins/torpedos, in down to 3 boxes in stock, 1 lorens and 2 juniors. i have a few loose lores sitting in the humidor here at the shop, im gona lookinto either proper coffin boxes, or custom ziplock bags so i can start properly selling 3-5 packs as i see thats whats popular on the consumer end
