You know I was in Costa Rica smoking every fake Cuban I could, ever so confident I would eventually find a real one, the one I remembered from years ago that was oh so good. well I didn't!

But a expat friend lets me smoke out of his stash, it was huge and one night at the Sportsmans we were sitting around and he asked what I was up for and I said surprise me. he bought me a Padron it was delicious, I can almost taste it now, I don't even know what type it was.

Cigar fanatics are mostly the same all over I must have smoked twenty of this guy's cigars and he wouldn't take a dime nor would he let me send him some of mine when I got home. he said help other brothers out when they need it.

I now travel with way more than I need and I share with people, I guess I always will.

They had the 40th Edition at my local B&M. $32 a stick. That grossly overprice or pretty comparable?

From what I've seen online. That seems to be about par for the course.

Great writeup, commonsenseman! I love the play-by-play style. Good stuff. I'll keep my eye out for these if someday I have the chance to grab one.

Im smoking a Padron Anniversary 64 right now. This is amazing. Reminds me of a VSG a bit. It's got a nice amount of strength and zing to it. I'm impressed.
