Padron serie 1926 no.9 maduro Review
WOW!
What a fantastic cigar? I know I haven't been smoking long but this was by far the best cigar I have ever had, a good thing too considering the price. It was a beautiful cigar and almost a shame to light...almost. The draw was superb which was impressive considering the firmness. The ash was solid and just would not let go. Smooth, powerful but not overbearing flavor. I have yet to able to discern different tastes in my cigars, someone told me that if you have sinus problems your taste is affected. With that said, I thought it had a little madagascar vanilla, JK. It had a little chocolate flavor. A few questions... 1. I paid $18, is that about right? 2. Interested in anyone else's experience with it. 3. Ever hear about that whole sinus affecting your taste thing? (random I know but curious) |

I have yet to try one of these cigars, so I won't say if $18.00 is too much or not
In answer to question #3, your sinus's are directly related to your tastes. If you can breath well your tastebuds will not be up to par. That is part of the reason Germans use snuff before meals. Another tid-bit, if you burn your tastebuds with a hot food or liquid, don't go lighting your best cigars for the next 8 days. It takes that long for them to reproduce. Just a little info I have picked up over my last 19 years of smokingin' cigars. it seems to be pretty correct.OPT |

Your experience is pretty typical. I think I have had one of each shape by now, and they are all they are cracked up to be. As far as being worth $18...is any cigar? Just my opinion!

OPT,
Thanks for the info. I guess I may never be able to tell the difference in very subtle flavors. Not that its going to stop me I still know when I enjoy a cigar and like what I taste. Maybe I'll have to take sinus medication before each smoke, LOL. ricardo |
