C.A.O Criollo Review

Ok hereŽs my third review in one day, this is much fun.

So...IŽm sure that everyone are familiar with the name C.A.O by now and also knows that they make some really quality sticks, which are loved by many.

::Nicaraguan Binder and Filler
::Criollo 98 seed

CAO Criollo is an medium to full-bodied cigar and was showing of some really earthy aromas from the first go. I havenŽt had any really good experience from other CAOs except the GOL! which I love btw.

It started off by introducing me to a nice easy draw and rich thin white smoke was coming from it, which I liked alot.

I would say that this cigar comes sneakin up with any big suprises, tastewise, but on the other hand what you get is a very pleasant and consistence earthy/leathery spicy flavour from start to finish. If youŽre a big fan of these flavours than this is one cigar to look out for. Apparently this baby was rated 90 out of 100 by "Cigar Insider", so it canŽt be that bad I guess

IŽm more towards creamyness and more complex taste (suprises along the way), but IŽm learning all the time.I wouldnŽt say no to another on of these babies if it was handed to me . Would I buy a box? No...but thats just me.

A big thanks goes out to Ron11Y for letting me try one of these cigars. Thanks bro!

Thumbs up Re: C.A.O Criollo

Nice Review!

The CAO Brazilia Gol is also one of my top ten favorites.

Re: C.A.O Criollo

I like these sticks as well. I find them to be a distant cousin (or something) to some La Aromas I've enjoyed. Spicy.

Re: C.A.O Criollo

I have tried one of these, and I was not impressed at all. IMO CAO makes some much better sticks, for my flavor profile anyway. I will have to give it another shot someday though. Thanks for the review.

Re: C.A.O Criollo

If you like CAO's...Try the Sopranos. Great taste but a little on the $$$ side.

Re: C.A.O Criollo

I won a five pack at Devil's that should be in this week. I have heard good things about Criollo as well as the rest of the CAO line.
