VEGAFINA LONSDALE (6.5" x 43) Lousy draw makes this cigar a dud. The blend itself is not bad, though their are at least a dozen Connecticut wrapped smokes sold at Cigar Bid for around two bucks that are just as good, if not better. Rated '76'

DON LINO SAN ANDRES MADURO TORPEDO (6" x 52) Another dud. Cheap spiced Maduro flavor coupled with a poor draw make this cheapo a one time smoking. The Habano is not bad though and worth a try at 1.50per or less. Rated '68'

Cool thread. Haven't looked through all of it yet. I too like to sample lots of different stuff. I haven't found too many yet that stood so far above the rest to be box worthy. Maybe I just like variety.

.....ya, I score mostly 5-Packs from Cigar Bid. Do score boxes now and then when the price is right. Last month I got some good cheap blends in boxes like EL MEJOR and NICARAO HAVANA SUN GROWN for $19 and $22. Tonight I got 3 humidors, 2 cutters, and torch lighter tonight for $31. 20 count 2012 CigarFest Humidor, 20 count Cigar Mosaic Humidor, and 30 count Whitehall Glass Top Humidor. Much easier to store blend varieties of 5-Packs in smaller boxes.

    .....today I enjoyed a,

KRISTOFF COROJO EDICION LIMITADA CHURCHILL (7" x 50) This stick has to be 7"x52, and is Very Good. Not so appealing is the $8 to $10per prices tag. With excellent Corojo wrapped blends like 5 Vegas Cask-Strength, Don Pepin Garcia Blue, San Cristobal, and J. Fuego Origen available at Cigar Bid for $5per of less no need to spend double. But if you do you should you will not be disappointed. I suggest you get the 5.5"x54 Robusto as I grew tired of the flavor as it is a slow burner. Rated '88'

CASLOS TORANO VIRTUOSO TORPEDO (6.5" x 54) DEEEE LISH! Excellent smoke I did not want to end. A must try for any Maduro lover. Rated '91'

DON MATEO #9 (7.5" x 50) A real Connecticut wrapped cheapo at JR and Famous Smoke Shop, and every bid as good as the Vegafina blend I smoked early this morning. Rated '77'

TE AMO WOULD SELECT DOMINICAN CHURCHILL (7" x 54) I have always like Te Amo cigars. This Would Selection Dominican is a good Connecticut option. Similar to Sancho Panza or Alec Bradley American Classic. Rated '87'

QUORUM CONNECTICUT GORDO (6" x 60) This 6" x 60 size was a good smoke. Great draw and smooth flavor. Rated '80'

DON TOMAS CLASICO PRESIDENTE (7.5" x 50) Talk about an oily wrapper. Again, more smooth, low medium flavor similar to the above blends. Rated '85'

BAHIA GOLD MADURO TORO (6.25" x 52) Over the past year Bahia has come out with some of the best $2per cigars at Cigar Bid. Gold Maduro, better then any Ashton or Macanudo, and as good as any Fuente Maduro I have ever smoked is definitely worth a try. Rated '88'

Well well well....look who's back. I've somewhat missed the manic machine gun paced reviews...

I've got a bunch of the Bahia Golds as well. Not the same stick they were back in the day, but like you said, a good $2 C-bid smoke.
I'm completely unbiased and 100% open minded. Nobody will ever convince me otherwise.

THE GRIFFINS MADURO TORO (6.25" x 52) Like Fuente, Ashton, and Macanudo Maduro just an average smoke. You get an awesome draw and perfect burn though. Rated '85'

DIESEL CRUCIBLE TORO (6.5" x 52) Solid flavor. Excellent draw and burn. Not your average darkie. Highly recommended. Rated '90'

SAN LATANO MADURO TORO (6" x 52) After 5 months of naked aging is offered sweet, high medium Maduro flavor. Slow burner. Definitely worth a try at the right price. Rated '87'

ROCKY PATEL R4 COROJO DOUBLE CORONA (7.5" x 52) Not a bad cigar for two bucks. Decent flavor. Not as smooth or refined as your better Corojo smokes. Rated '82'

FELIPE GREGORIO FUSION CHURCHILL (7" x 50) These have been aging for about a year. Some improvement. Decent Habano flavor. C.I. raised the price per 20 Box from $49.95 to $69.95. HA HA HA. I don't think so. A good $2 cigar but nothing more. Rated '83'

PERDOMO EXHIBICION MADURO TORO (6" x 54) One of the best. Pinch a few from Cigar Bid for $4 or $5. Highly recommended! This smoking was Rated '92'
