Carlos Torano Tribute 2004 Robusto Review

I've had this 5x50 stick in the humi for about two months calling my name and decided tonight was the night to light it up.



It has a very dark, oily wrapper, is densely packed and very firm. It cut nicely and lit easily. For the first half inch it had a slight bite but quickly settled down to medium to full bodied smoke producing plenty of smooth, earthy, semi-sweet maduro flavor. There were minor flavor changes but I would not call it complex, just very good.

Burn was good but did require a couple of touch-ups. Ash was firm and held for about an inch and a half. Stayed lit until the last inch or so. I hated to see it end but finally had to put it down. All-in-all a very nice, tasty maduro

Nice review and I hate to see them end too. I absolutly can't get enough of these! They are great and I do find them to be somewhat complex in nature. My favorite Torano.
