Puros Indios Piramide No. 2 Review
Tonight I decided to go on a walk with my discman, an IBC Root Beer, and a Piramide No. 2. I had never had a Puros Indios so I was excited to try it.
The construction looked flawless, just a little veiny. The pre light draw through the punch cut was pleasant, mild and sweet. I lit this one up perfectly. It gave a nice, easy draw (perfect) and lots of nice, white smoke. Flavour-wise this cigar didn't stack up well. It had a mild, straight forward tobacco taste through the whole stick that I smoked. The lack of flavour could have been due to me walking and not paying as close of attention as I could have, but I don't think sitting would have yielded much better results. Not to say this was a bad cigar, but through the first half it was a simply tabacco flavour, and once it hit halfway it picked up an ounce of spice from time to time. I actually put it out with 2/3 of the stick left. The stick burned perfectly, no touchups required. The ash held for over an inch to an inch and a half. This was probably the best burning cigar I have had, mainly due to a great starting light. Overall I don't think I would buy this cigar again, I would much rather smoke a LVH for a cheaper price. Anyone have a different experience, or opinions on other PI blends? Edit- This has been resting in my humidor for over 3 months now, so it wasn't harsh or young. Just thought I'd throw that in.

Re: Puros Indios Piramide No. 2
Never had a Puros Indios here, but I can tell you one thing, IBC Rootbeer is one of the best rootbeers made. Good call on that. Rootbeer seems to go well with cigars as well.

Re: Puros Indios Piramide No. 2
I have tried several different Puros Indios cigars and I just don't like them. To me they just have smoke and no flavor, I puff and puff on them hoping to get something but there's nothing there.
