Padron Exlusivo & RP Olde World Reserve Robusto Review

My first Padron 1964 truly outstanding such an array of flavors it was so perfect slightly tangy, construction perfect but slightly tight draw. Then after that cigar I also had a Rocky patel Olde World Reserve which I was told was very similar to the padron 1964 and I was dissapointed It wasnt similar at all! I thought it tasted a bit young I tasted good flavors but I feel the tabaco was a little young and could use some aging perhaps a year or two. Any of you have this cigar? What do you think?

I have had the Olde World maduro in the torpedo size. I had it only 3 days after it was released, and the flavors were excellent, but the burn was awful (the cigar was too moist, RP and other brands ship their cigars on the moister side to prevent drying). I had to relight 3 or 4 time and it kept burning awkwardly. However, like i said, the flavors were excellent. On the sweeter side with LOTS of smoke. I have 2 sitting in my humi, wont smoke them for at least 6months

Man, everyone seems to love the Padron 1964's . What is it about these cigars?

I would find out for myself but I don't have 8+ bucks to plunk down on one cigar right now with school starting up.

Just save up dude! Trust me... I'm draining the wallet picking these up every couple of days from the B&M. Just thinking of them and I start

Haha, I guess I'll save up my change to get a pair of em. I just hope they are really as good as you say.

Are they similar at all to Padron x000's? Or totally different?

I think they're totally different. I like them both; but I think the PAs are just smooth as silk and perfectly constructed. I wasn't paying close enough attention to the different flavors when I smoked mine. That said, I'm definitely looking forward to having another, and another, and another

It was a Maduro But I found the flavor to be similar but on a lesser extreme to the A Fuente Curly Head which I thought was horrible.
