Review of my 1st Padron 1964 Anni Review

Holy $hit that's a great friggin cigar........tempted to eat the nub

end of review

Newbie question: Is the 1926 that much better? Is it worth it?

Also, how do the 2000, 3000, 4000 etc. compare? You can almost get 3 for the price of 1 Anni, and I'm trying not to go broke.

Yes I think the 26's are better and the others do not compare IMHO.

Your local crack dealer has more of those!!!! I glad you liked it!!!

As far as your question on the 26's....Come and talk to me and you can form your own opinion of them

The 2000, 3000, 4000, They are a very good cigar, but they are not in the same catagory as any of the annys

See you Saturday or During the week, you know where I am!!!

Ron

Ron, my favorite crack dealer!!! Damn, this was a sweet cigar.... I need another fix. C'mon man, I'm good for it. Thanks to you I'm now free-falling from 30,000 feet without a chute. My kid doesn't need college. Hell, McDonalds has pretty good benefits, he can work there. You're an evil man Ron. Why didn't you stop me??

The thousand series cigars are more of an "everyday" cigar.

I figure (no experience) they'd begin to develop a profile closer to the annis after 3-5 years at 70-70. Not the same, but maybe hitting some of the same notes.

I had a 4000 fresh from the B&M the other day and, while pretty good for $6, was rather flat and one dimensional compared to the annis . . .

Stick with the 64's for awhile, when I got some 26's it was all over.

Great review. Both the 26'2 and 64's are great. It just comes down to personal taste. They are special occasion cigars. The x000 series is day-to-day.

Re: Review of my 1st Padron 1964 Anni

My only experience of Padron's up to now is limited to just the 2000 nat and 3000 mad, and that's enough to make Padron one of my favorite brands. The anticipation of smoking the only 1964 Anniversary in my humi is killing me!
