This morning I smoked one of these on the way to work. I originally bought this box 10 or more years ago. I smoked most of them in a few months. I remember them as strong, raw and harsh. No subtlety at all, a real powerhouse. I got tired of them and just buried them in my humidor.

So this morning I decided to fire one up. Still quite a powerful smoke, but the edges had been rounded off a bit. Actually a pretty decent cigar. Still no subtlety or nuance, but a nice strong smoke.

There are a good cigar. I got a fiver about 2 weeks ago and smoked one within a week. I liked it, and recognized that they would be even better with a couple of months more time at rest. They are strong, although not as strong as a Joya de Nic Antano.

Just picked up some new ones they had in. Also, got a dark maduro..
