Tampa SweetHearts #280 6X50 Review

Ok I finally smoked one of these yesterday and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!

I am not really good at reviews so this isn't exactlly what I would call one.

This thing smelled great , nice pre lit draw. Toasted the foot then lit her up for the duration. First taste of smoke was sweet, mild but not without taste . This cigar never lost it's sweet taste and the flavor just grew the longer I smoked it.

There were NO burn issues either, she burned straight and even start to finish. It got to the point where I didn't even take it out of my mouth, the end was getting all soft and smashed and I had a smile from ear to ear.

I enjoyed this cigar so much that it will now replace my FDO as my go to everyday gar. I am dedicating my 100ct humidor strickly to the Tampa SweetHeart # 280

Man I need another LOL but I am at work

Guys if you are on the fence don't be, order some and try em. Frank & Mark thank you for always talking about these cigars and making them sound so good that I had to try them.

So thanks to you guys I have another gem.

This ends my sorry attempt at a review.

Shawn

they're the ones I was looking at. The girl I spoke to from TS told me they were comparable to the Double Chateau Fuente.

Good enough for me - I have been reading about them - but looks like it's time I get them on my to buy list.

Thanks,

Ron

That would be Darlene and she's correct. Nice review Shawn and I've also compared them to the 858 Flor Fina's maduros, very similar profile with less spice.

Excellent Review!!!

I still have a few of the Sweethearts in my humi, (compliments of Catfish)...

And I value them every bit as much as I do the Padrons, the 5-Vegas, etc. "Bands" are one thing... Flavor and pleasure are another! And the Sweethearts are TRULY sweethearts!!!

Re: Tampa SweetHearts #280 6X50

I just had one of these this afternoon. I was kickin around doing some work outside the house, I had a few hours free since I don't work until 4 today.
So, these took awhile to grow on me. I have had a few that I didn't enjoy that much but this one hit the spot. I was thinking "This is a hell of a cigar for under $2!" It wasn't the kind of cigar you sit down and contemplate the meaning of life smoking or celebrate a wedding with. It was very tasty in a simple way and there was nothing really to complain about, considering the price. I am thinking about ordering some more (I have 8-10 left from the bundle I got) but there are so many other cigars I like, it's a tough decision.

I will be looking forward to my next one for sure. These are also good cigars to offer a friend who enjoys smoking but isn't as serious as we are about it.

I also think that Darlene from TS is great, awesome customer service.
