Location: while packing up my garage because I am moving...I hate moving....

But this Stick made it a whole lot better! A beautiful looking cigar, box pressed torpedo with a rich oily looking wrapper. Nice pre-draw and light, not too tight...not too loose but just perfect on the draw that gave off tons of smoke. A very one demensional smoke but the taste was quite nice, medium bodied and creamy. Nothing offensive whatsoever about this smoke. I really enjoyed it.
The ash was an off-white that looked a lot stronger than it actually was, falling off the stick on it's own after about a half inch. Time restrictions cut our time together short with 2 inches left after an hour and 15 mins, if gone the distance I could had smoked it for at least an hour and a half.

Overall I give this Stick ONE THUMB UP!!!

thanks for the review. just recived a free 8 pack of mmmm's from JR's with my box of mm de gaulle's. i will be sure to set aside the appropriate amount of time to smoke mine as it looks like a long pleasurable smoke.

I really enjoy the Maria Mancini De Gaulle's...actually I think I like them better than the Magic Mountains. I know everybody seems to say this about every cigar but let them sit a while because they do improve with time.

Nice review! The MM's are a great smoke that you can pick up for dirt cheap at cbid. I always try to have a few around.

yeah, i like them too. this is the first time i've bought a box of them. i will definitely let some of them get some humi-time. thanks for the tip.

Curious...never have seen any MM's on Cbid. Does CI even carry the brand?
