Bolivar Fuerte Petit Maduro

A friend gave me a box of these a while back. A nice dark but rough looking wrapper about 4 1/2 x 35. Tried one and it was kind of harsh with a metalic taste. I put the box away and forgot about it. About two months later I looked in the box and noticed a nice oily sheen. I figured what the hell and fired it up. Started with the same metalic taste but this soon disappeared. Turned to a nice creamy and spicy flavor. I smoked it real slow and it stayed nice and cool, easy draw and an even burn. Kind of reminds me of a smaller and unsophisticated Party Short. Lord help me, I sure hope Lamar doesn't read this!

Another review I copied:
"Great little smoke with a nice spicy kick"
Great little bomb from villazon, spicy, earthy, slight sweetness and a smooth creaminess to it. Great for those times when you dont have all day to smoke a biggy."

Now whenever I go looking for Salmon and Steelhead or to the golf course, I simply grab a half dozen and throw them in a baggie. Too rainy out here to risk a good Cuban. I also take some over to my sister-in-laws. She hates the aroma. Pi$$ing her off for less than a dollar.....Priceless!!

I get tired of these easily, but every once in a while I'll have one and love them.

Got some of these in EMS. I agree. It's a highly satisfying, inexpensive little smoke.
