Cao Mx2 Review
Well, thanks to our pal Derry and my lovely Wife I can now tell you that the CAO MX2 is awesome! Derry put one in the box pass and Donna selected it. She is such a doll that she gave it to me and let me tell you I enjoyed every last bit of it.
This is one hell of a smoke. Let me start with the appearance and construction.
The band is really cool looking. The cigar itself is dark and rich looking. It consists of a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper and a Brazilian maduro binder, hence MX2 (Maduro times 2). This cigar burns perfectly and has a very easy draw. The taste is very complex and I picked up on an almost chocolaty note. I was expecting to encounter more of the black pepper taste I get and enjoy with the Brazilia line, but to my surprise this cigar was very smooth. The taste was very rich and so complex that my untrained taste buds are definitely missing some of the subtleties. I will just have to try many, many more to attempt picking up on all this cigar has to offer. I enjoyed this cigar tremendously, right down to the tips of my fingers!
She burnt to the nub and never burned hot or got harsh. I would call this a potent medium body cigar. I have to tell you that I need a box of these immediately
