Dunhill signed range corona Review

i've never had a Dunhill before today. i was given this one by a friend. the construction was excellent- looked very nice, texture was smooth, and it was very firm. smelled pretty average. i cut- i lit. the draw was tight(from start to finish). the flavor was very consistent (from start to finish) i would say this was a mild to medium, tasted of nuts and maybe woodsy. the ash was white and held for a little over 2", i only ashed twice. very good construction! i usually like stronger flavors and tastes(LFD, The Edge etc.)but this was definitley a good change of pace, and i hope to smoke this many more times in the future!!!

Good review. As you mentioned I do like the LFDs and Edges.

Re: Dunhill signed range corona

hurricane – Haven’t had a DSR in a corona but have had torpedoes and churchills. Construction on both was impeccable and no problems with a tight draw. Draw was smooth and burn was even from start to finish. Also, agree with you that flavor was consistent with a surprisingly smooth finish, especially on the churchill. Churchill was a bit smoother than the torpedo but that may be attributed to different draw due to the variance in construction. Definitely a mild to medium stick so if you prefer a full body smoke I would not recommend DSR’s. But if you like a milder smoke I would definitely add a few to the humi.
