Nat Sherman Omerta Review
Size: 6 1/8 x 54
Shape: Torpedo Wrapper: Nicaragua Filler: Nicaragua Binder: Nicaragua I use to smoke Nat Sherman cigs and thought they were very good so I thought I would try these. Great looking cigar. Real dark and rich looking. Its a box pressed which I am really starting to like more and more. Pre light aroma was kinda intoxicating. The construction was very good. The burn was a bit of angle but not to bad. A well made cigar. The flavor was strong. A reall up front Oak like taste or maybe Dark wood. The undertones were very burnt toast like. The aftertaste really did not deliver for me. I would describe the aftertaste like a grainy type or even sandy like. The cigar was smooth. I felt this was an average premium cigar. Its worth smoking I dont know if I would buy a box. I give it 7.4 out of 10 |

Re: Nat Sherman Omerta
My thanks too. I haven't noticed Nat Shermans mentioned much here and I've wondered why. My local B&M stocks them and they're featured in JR and I wondered if they were worth trying.

Re: Nat Sherman Omerta
I have a few in the Humi. I believe they are sold only through JR Cigars. I was at there shop on 5th ave in NYC when they 1st came out and when I asked about them they had no idea what I was talking about. They're OK IMHO, Nothing that really stands out. Plus even if you did like em you can only purchase them in packages of 6 in a tin so, There's no buying a box and putting them away to age. At $5 a stick, I can think of plenty of other Cigars I'd rather smoke. Thanks for the review.
