Punch Pita Maduro Review

Last night Down at the Leaf and Bean. I had a Punch Pita Maduro. This stick was $4.50 so i didn't expect too much from it.

I was pleasantly surprised. I clipped the end and lit this long guy up with the house matches. I said it before the House matches really are a great way to light a cigar.

I was stressed out so i didn't really to try the prelight draw or flavor. I just lit the thing. It starts out mild with a lot of earthy flavors like leather or something. I quickly pick up a little spice. More like a cinamon not a pepper. That leave and then you get a nice lightly sweetened black coffee. Then near the end again you get a floral and cinamon flavor. This is a really complex and flavorful stick. I like these a lot. In fact I am going down the leaf nad bean tonight. I am going to have another one.

Re: Punch Pita Maduro

I've gravitated to stronger smokes in recent months.........I still have a box of Pita maddies and Roths in X that I go to once in a while for a milder flavorful smokes. I've always liked that Villizon maduro flavor (Punch, Hoyo, etc.).

nice review.......great cigar for the money

Thanks! Good review. I've not tried this one by Punch.
I'm headed out to the local shop later today and just put that one on my list.

Re: Punch Pita Maduro

Well, i picked up this cigar and smoked it last night.

I am just not very good at picking out distinct flavors i guess. This one just screamed citrus to me. From the moment i put it in my mouth, the wrapper dominated.

This was an excellently constructed cigar and burned evenly the whole length. And it made for a very enjoyable experience.

Think i will have to get another.

Thanks again KG
