CAO L'Anniversaire Cameroon Robusto Review

This is my first review, so be gentle....


I ordered this w/ some other singles from CI based upon the strong reviews on Top25. Here we go:

Appearance:
It's actually a pretty rough looking cigar, not all that attractive. It had quite a few medium sized veins, although it was somewhat toothy.

Taste:
In a word, I would describe it as disappointing. There was nothing that really jumped out at me. It was just a smooth, medium to full smoke. There was nothing a disliked, I just expected more from what I had read. Maybe my palette isn't sophisticated enough to fully enjoy this cigar yet. It did have quite a kick though.


Overall, I can think a lot of cigars I would rather spend ~$7 on. I doubt I will try this again unless I find a good deal.

Maybe in the future you'll stumble on one and give it another try...Like you said there are some GREAT sticks in the $7 range though.
