Rocky Patel Rosado Toro Review

[SIZE="4"]I fired up the grill tonight and cooked some nice NY strips...since I got the box split with Seanohue today, I thought I'd go ahead and give one a try.

The smell was really nice. Reminded me of a mild Red Dot. I know alot of people do not like these, but they are pretty good to me...just a little too strong. Torched the foot and she caught amazingly fast. The first draw sent tastes of sweet caramel and brown sugar to my pallet. This is a medium bodied cigar too perfection: not too mild, but not too powerful either. She didn't leave my mouth feeling like a tail pipe of a Chevy pick-up. This particular cigar burned quite slowly and I never needed to touch up. It makes me think alot of care went into rolling these puppies with a nice classy looking label to boot

Something else to note: The scent of this cigar is very nice. She made to room smell of cherry's and cream! These may not be for everyone, but certainly a cigar many will enjoy! [/SIZE]

A little salt in the wound, but I won't miss them next time. I have been very happy with the Cuban Blends I picked up - I should have taken a chance on these.

i have to agree these are little jems . i have tried the toro the pyrmide and the 60 rg 5.5 inch well worth haveing a few of the in the humi

I like these as well.

I hear people complaining that Rocky is spreading himself too thin with all his blends, but I like what I have tried so far: Vintage '90, '92, '99, Sungrown, Rosado, Cuban Blend, Estaban Carrera. Go Rocky!
