Consuegra Review (With Pics!)

Hey guys whats up? Just gone done brushing my teeth after smoking this cigar and figured I'd a review on it!

First off the construction was pretty good, nice a firm, and not to many veins. Had a nice dark wrapper. I punched this sucker and the prelight draw was very good and it tasted good as well.

I finally lit it and lighting didn't go as well as I had hoped, but I finally got it lit. the first few bits were, well cigar taste! As I got further down into it the harshness of the beginning mellowed out and it turned into a medium-light bodied cigar. I had a few problems at this point with it burning unevenly and unfortunately it never corrected itself.

I was surprised at how strong the ash was for this being a cheaper cigar! I'm pretty sure I could have gone longer without ashing then I did, but I didn't want to risk it!

Anyways about halfway through the cigar the flavors did change so much as they did intensify. It had very earthy and possibly some hints of cocoa flavor.

All-in-all I would probably buy this again if I was looking for a cheaper cigar to just smoke on occasion, but defiantly not something I am going to keep around a lot.

And as promised here are some pics I took as I was smoking. (sorry for the crappy quality!)

Heres the beginning obviously!

Here you can see the burn problem I was having.

Theres that ash I was talking about.

And alas, the end!
