Partagas Spanish Rosado Santiago Review
I got a box of these off JR a few months ago and I smoked my last one today.
They measure 4.18 by 36 and they take about 25 minutes to smoke. I paid 40 bucks for a box of 30 on JR. I gave a few of these to a friend at work and they are now one of his all time favorites. The color was a little off from what I expected. I saw these in BM and the wrappers were much lighter than mine. Have a look. The burn and construction were both good. The taste was strong and unique. Good tobacco flavor up front, and in the background, a hint of something like Dunhill's Nightcap pipe tobacco. Interesting and pretty good. Its strong for a smoke this size. I can imagine the bigger cigars in this line pack a punch. Final call: Good for the size but not quite as good as RP SG juniors. I won't be buying these again for a while, but I'm thinking about the Partagas black in this size. |
