Henry Clay Review

been making notes on my NST with another board, this was one of the first cigars I smoked from the package, and what a way to start.

Wrapper had a nice feel to it and it lit very easily. Right off the bat I got a great flavor I had never tasted in a cigar.

It burned really well and kept its ash, to me the sign of a well rolled cigar and quality leaves. the flavor only got better as the cigar burned down. I had not eaten or dunk anything but water so the flavor was probably hitting me fully.

So good I smoked it to the nub. Was trying to find a way to smoke all of it but it ws too hot to hold.....

So a great smoke and it is not an expensive cigar. What father said about it "broadleaf BREVA CONSERVA. that cigar has over 5 years on it" so it was well aged.
They cost about $2 a stick.

Cheers!

Re: Henry Clay

I've seen these in the CI catalog. Might have to take your word for it and get my self some. Sounds like a good price for the money.

Re: Henry Clay

I am very fond of Henry Clay. I believe they moved their factory from the DR to Honduras & I haven't been able to find the H2000 line.
I assume that they will still produce them as the HC H2000 are buttspankers IMHO.
