Like many restaraunts, they tolerate it until they start getting complaints. They were very accommodating to us when we were negotiating for the upstairs. However, this will only be the second Monday of every month.

Peter, this is where I go on Sundays during the NFL season to watch games, eat some good food, have some drinks, and smoke cigars. They are very tolerant. There's an additional bar upstairs and the entire upstairs is smoking. They have a separate non-smoking area to the right as you come into the restaurant but the bar area downstairs (which is off to the left) is smoking but you have to be a little more mindful of the patrons in the NS area. We love this place and have emptied humidors over the last couple of years smoking cigars in there.

But I had no idea about the Asheville Cigar Association. WOW!
