Talking Gold Rush + Irish Flake

I received a sample of Ashton's Gold Rush from bige610 last saturday. Really enjoyed the true tobacco taste delivered by this blend. Night before last after supper I decided to try a 50/50 mix of Gold Rush & Irish Flake just for S&G. Holy Vasoconstriction Batman. I got a head-rush,had to sit down. This is really good stuff. Goes well with a very old single-malt. I donot recommend this for a beginner or anyone who has issues with a nicotine bomb. Good honest tobacco taste,no noticable bite, smoke very dry with no relight. The wife ban me from the house. She didn't like the room-note produced by this blend. A super big THANKS to bige610 for the for the Gold Rush. I have picked up a couple of tins at my local B&M. Bige610 also sent samples of Old Lodge and Two Friends, both very good tobacco. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're not far from wrong. I could feel my arteries constricting as the blood rush to my head. It was a semi-religious experience.

Re: Gold Rush + Irish Flake

Just finished a big lunch. I'm having a big bowl of Gold Rush & Irish Flake for dessert. This could become addictive.
