With great bombs, come great responsibility (A B.o.o.b. HQ Bomb)

Well, I came home to find a box of explosives on my desk:

First of all, who is sending ordinance from "B.o.o.b. HQ"?! Anyone who recognizes this secretive unidentified explosives supplier, I'd be grateful for any information!

Inside the explosives container was these instructions:

No target coordinates were included, but I have a few targets in mind. Get ready boys. Someone just armed this Ninja, and he's about to unleash the arsenal!!!

As to what kind of ordinance is headed to a neighborhood near you... well, you'll just have to wait and see when the distruction lands!

I think the Ninja is BOOB HQ if he thinks a few ounces of tobacco will strike fear in the hearts of pipers

    Now here's our first clue:

The return address is Anderson, IN...

...but tracking information shows it was shipped for Ft. Lauderdale, FL!!!

    Well... Mission Accomplished!!!

I'm still a bit "fuzzy" on the identity of the BOOB HQ weapons supplier, but I think the agent will be pleased. Pipe noobs were selected by screening entries from Wallbright's "Let's Make a Deal" contest, then reduced to the ten targets based on which pipe noobies had addresses posted. Out of those 13 or 14, a random number generator was used to select 10.

    Boom!

Well, now that most of them (all of them?) have landed, here's the pic of what fuzzy bombed me with:

As per the assignment, I selected 10 pipe noobs. It just so happened that there was a nice, tidy list from Wallbright's contest, which was narrowed down by those who had an address listed.

I Sir, am NOT a bomber!

I will admit to transmitting the ordinance and orders from the secretive BOOB Hqs. The history of the ordinance is that my Father owned a bar that allowed pipe smoking and he always kept a "rack" of Grabows in cased some one wanted to try a hand at smoking a pipe at little expense. Sometimes, even the vets would "grab a Grabow" from him just to see what he would load it with. He would always load the first bowl and throw in a golf tee for a tamper.

He has been gone since 1983 but I still smoke a few of his pipes and remember our times together.
    I don't always drink beer,,,
    OK, yes I do
