I help manage the customer service department for an online toy company. mostly trend analyzing, volume forecasting, scheduling my agents

oh and firing people..

I am a logistics analyst for a large grocery distribution company. We supply about 2000 stores and the military commissary system with their groceries. I figure out the cheapest way to get groceries from the manufacturer to your store shelves.

If you guys weren't so cheap, my job would be a lot easier.

I just finished (german) high school and just started a Voluntary Year of Social Service at a school for disabled children. My job is to help/work with a kid with multiple disabilities.
